We did both and got a VM and did not get an email response so we panicked thinking we missed our trip due to an error on our part and was out 20 euro for cab rides both ways to our hotel (not too mention getting out of bed at 5:45AM that morning). We called and got a recording stating the business did not open for another two hours but to either call the after hours number or send an email. Ok, the reason for taking away one star was because on the day of the trip we met at the time and location according to our voucher and found ourselves in a dark alley and the company closed. There was a little outdoor market area as well and a very large store for shopping which you are given a short time to browse which we enjoyed.
The monastery was also great with spectacular views and the cable car ride was fun. We were given a little snack and juice which was a nice touch and helped to roll up the balloon afterwards which was cool and then finished that portion of the trip off with a champagne toast. Our group only consisted of 7 people so that was very manageable.
The experience was incredible, the balloon ride was very smooth and the views at sunrise can't be beat. The tour is everything that all of the other reviews say it is.
